A highly regarded, physician-led multispecialty group is actively recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join their growing team in East Texasa vibrant community of 83,000 residents just 90 minutes east of Dallas.
This group is the exclusive provider of endocrinology services in the region, caring for over 13,000 diabetic patients, and offers a built-in referral network, outstanding autonomy, and one of the best compensation packages in the region.
Position Highlights
Outpatient-focused schedule (100% outpatient or 90% outpatient / 10% inpatient)
Monday-Friday | 8 am-5 pm
15-20 patients/day
Join a collaborative clinic with Pulmonary, Rheumatology, and Endocrinology services
Current team includes 3 physicians, 2 APPs; previous Endocrinologist recently retired
In-house DBE and dietitian support
Smooth, efficient clinic operations and excellent APP backup
Compensation & Benefits
$325K base salary guarantee (year 1)
Potential earnings $350K-$450K+ (RVU-based after year 1)
End-of-year production bonus for RVUs above threshold ($50 per RVU)
$750/month APP supervision stipend
Full malpractice coverage with tail
Sign-on bonus + relocation allowance
