Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual compensation package of $712,000
- $50,000 signing bonus and annual quality bonus available
- 12 weeks time off
- Malpractice and tail coverage included
Practice Highlights:
- Call position with competitive cardiac call stipends
- Cardiac case mix includes open hearts, CABGs (90%+ on pump), valves, vascular, and thoracic
- No transplants or pediatric hearts
- Additional cases include general and urology, with potential need for regionals for post-op pain management
