Criteria: BC/BE Emergency Medicine (ABEM/ABOEM)
- 31k annual volume
- 16-bed ED
- 26% admission rate
- 30-38 hours of coverage daily
- APP double coverage daily
- Flexible scheduling
- EPIC EMR
