GastroDoxs is a growing, physician-led gastroenterology private practice serving the Greater Houston area. Due to continued growth, the group is seeking BC/BE Gastroenterologists to join its established and collaborative team. Subspecialty training in Interventional GI or Hepatology is welcomed but not required.

Practice Overview
3 physicians and 6 experienced APPs
APPs provide first call coverage and inpatient rounding support
Strong access to GI subspecialty collaboration, including IBD and Motility
Annual GI census of approximately 2,500 cases
Inpatient procedures primarily handled by physicians; most floor care managed by APPs
Affiliated with Memorial Hermann - Cypress and Katy campuses
Schedule & Call
Office Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hospital Call: 1:4 (APPs take first call and round)
Weekend Call: 1:4 (APPs first call)
Minimal office call
Required residence within 45 miles of the practice
Clinical Details
Outpatient volume: 2-4 patients per hour
In-office procedures not required

Compensation & Benefits
Base compensation: Starting at $500,000 (production-based model)
Sign-on bonus: $20,000
Relocation assistance: Up to $10,000

Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
Fellowship training required
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
