Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to an adult patient population, focusing on disease prevention, health maintenance, and acute/chronic disease management.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with sub-specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, integrated patient care and appropriate referrals.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely electronic medical records.
• Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold evidence-based practice standards.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Texas.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered adult primary care.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-player skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient panel and work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
