Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Family Medicine and/or Emergency Medicine
• Proven clinical proficiency with acute and primary care cases
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in diverse healthcare settings including urgent care or hospital emergency departments
• Bilingual capabilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, ATLS, or PALS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family or Emergency Medicine preferred
• Prior experience in community health settings advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Must hold or be eligible for state licensure and necessary certifications
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if required
• Travel reimbursements and licensure-related expenses covered when applicable
