Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and board certification in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Proven clinical experience in outpatient or emergency care settings.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and patient management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle diverse cases.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages.
• Advanced certifications such as ACLS, ATLS, or PALS.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Prior experience in rural or underserved communities.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in relevant specialties.
• Prior experience working in hospital or urgent care settings is advantageous.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to obtain or maintain necessary state licensure and certifications.
• Willingness to travel when required for training or assignments.
• Compliance with all healthcare regulatory standards and facility policies.
