Job Summary:

Texas Transplant Physician Group is seeking Advanced Practice Providers (APP) for one full-time position to support the kidney transplant program.

 

Qualified Candidates:

  • Kidney disease or chronic disease management is ideal, however, not required
  • Works with the transplant team to formulate plan of care on the patients
  • Provide outpatient care as indicated for organ disease and transplant patients
  • Ability to obtain Texas license
