Our esteemed healthcare facility is actively seeking a Full-Time Audiologist to provide exceptional audiological care within our vibrant clinic. This pivotal role offers the chance to improve patients’ hearing health and quality of life through comprehensive evaluations and personalized treatment plans.
In this role, you will perform diagnostic hearing assessments, including pure tone air and bone conduction tests, speech audiometry, and impedance audiometry for patients of all ages—from infants to seniors. You will interpret test results for patients and collaborating physicians, providing clear, actionable recommendations for follow-up care, hearing aids, ear protection, and more. Additionally, you will conduct hearing aid evaluations, determine optimal amplification solutions, and fit devices, offering detailed instruction on operation and maintenance. Routine maintenance and troubleshooting for hearing aids will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring our patients receive ongoing support.
Required Skills:
- Active Washington State Audiologist license
- Successful completion of a master’s or doctorate degree in Audiology from a board-approved program, including clinic practicum experience
- Proficiency in diagnostic hearing assessments and interpretation of results
- Strong communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration
- BLS Certification (current)
Nice to Have Skills: - Experience with hearing aid fitting and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with advanced audiological equipment and technology
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience: - Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) or Master’s degree with Certificate of Clinic Competency in Audiology (CC-AuD)
- Previous clinical experience in a similar healthcare setting
Other Requirements: - Commitment to providing patient-centered care
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Willingness to support ongoing professional development and participate in team initiatives
Starting on 03/10/2026, this position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
