Required Skills:

• Valid medical license and current certifications in Family or Emergency Medicine
• Proven experience in urgent or emergency care settings
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in high-pressure situations
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Prior experience working in hospital or emergency department settings
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, ATLS, or PALS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in emergency or family medicine
• Previously credentialed or ready to credential rapidly within the provided deadlines

Other Requirements:

• Availability to work scheduled overnight shifts on specified dates
• Ability to meet urgent credentialing timelines for immediate deployment
• Commitment to maintaining licensing, certifications, and compliance standards
