• Pager call Friday 12pm to Monday 7am, 1-2 weekends per month
• 2-4 patients per shift
• 630 deliveries per year
• C-section decision-making and complicated deliveries required
• Laparoscopic diagnostic and operative procedures required
• Both inpatient and outpatient rounding required
• Low risk pregnancy management and routine delivery skills
• 2-4 admissions per 24 hours
