Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in good standing
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
• Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and treat acute medical conditions rapidly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-stress situations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with trauma and advanced airway management
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or ATLS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience in a hospital setting
• Prior experience in urgent care or trauma centers is a plus

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to start on or before June 1, 2026
• Commitment to quality patient care and continuous professional development
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Compliance with all licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement policies
