Required Skills:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) with valid state medical licensure in Psychiatry
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and managing a wide range of mental health conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage patients and team members
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Knowledge of current mental health treatment guidelines and practices
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with telepsychiatry or remote patient management
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Additional certifications in addiction medicine, psychotherapy, or related fields
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred
- Active state medical license with no restrictions
Other Requirements:
- Availability for night shifts (5x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00)
- Willingness to travel if applicable for certain cases or training
- Maintain all necessary certifications and licensure up to date
