The Pediatric APRN or PA, full-time schedule, with Rx Direct Pt Care, in collaboration with Surgeons and a team of General Surgery/Trauma APPs, provides for the expansion of individualized primary healthcare services by diagnosing and treating certain acute or chronic health conditions.
Deliver compassionate, specialized care by conducting thorough patient assessments, history reviews, and physical examinations to accurately diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
Drive informed clinical decisions by ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic studies to create precise, individualized treatment plans for our youngest patients.
Empower families and caregivers through tailored education and counseling on preventative health, treatment pathways, and vital community resources.
Document the patient care journey with meticulous precision, ensuring seamless continuity of care and strict adherence to specialty and network standards.
Collaborate seamlessly with attending physicians and multi-disciplinary teams to expand access to high-quality, comprehensive pediatric surgical healthcare services.
