• Perform history and physical examinations, Collaborate with the SNF team and Primary care physician on care management, and acute care visits in skilled nursing facilities in the Warwick and Coventry Rhode Island area.  
• The ability to design your own Monday - Friday schedule  
• Low patient volume with an average of 7 patients per day
