Physician - Plastic Surgery

Cook Children's Health Care System, based in Fort Worth, Texas, has initiated a national search for a BC/BE Pediatric Plastic Surgeon who has fellowship training and a demonstrable proficiency in Pediatric Plastic, Craniofacial & Cleft Surgery to join our new Medical Center in Prosper, Texas.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established team of three full-time and one part-time Pediatric Plastic Surgeons supported by Advanced Practice Providers as they attend to patients presenting with the entire spectrum of simple and complex pediatric plastic diagnoses. Minimum Qualifications

The applicant must have completed a one year, recognized, comprehensive pediatric craniofacial and cleft specialty training program (a case list is required), be board certified/board eligible in Plastic Surgery. Must be qualified to obtain an unrestricted Texas Medical License before commencing employment.
