Description:  The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) is recruiting for a Full Time Physician specializing in Hematology/Oncology to join our growing program. We are seeking candidates with excellent clinical skills and experience in the full range of care in Hematology/Oncology. VAPHS is one of the largest VA healthcare systems in the United States offering state-of-the-art technology that serves a large Veteran population in Western Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. Practice Highlights:

  • Management of hematology/oncology patients in the outpatient, inpatient consult, and telehealth setting
  • Conducting and enrolling patients into clinical trials
  • Supervision and instruction of Hematology/Oncology and Internal Medicine residents/fellows .
  • Participation in multidisciplinary meetings
  • Basic and translational research in hematology and/or oncology

Preferred Experience:

  • Board eligible/certified
