**Qualifications:**

* MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
* Residency Training: Completion of residency training in an accredited core specialty program leading to eligibility for board certification (approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs).
* Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.
* Subspecialty certificate in Epilepsy (preferred).
* Valid, unencumbered medical license in any US state.
