PRACTICE

• Comp range $419k - $500K (2 year ramp up guarantee)
• 2.5 clinic days and 1.5 OR days per week
• No call required
• Clinic within 10-15 minutes of the UMMC campus. New clinic on the UMMC campus will be available summer of 2025.
• 4 DaVinci robotic units in the operating room system, 1 dedicated to womens unit
• Support staff includes NP, nurse, administrative assistant
• CRNA or resident with faculty backup present in the operating room
• Tenure can be offered where appropriate with approval of the medical staff office
