• Pre-anesthesia appointments prior to patients surgical procedure- including physical examination, ordering of lab and other tests, prescribing medications or treatment appropriate to the diagnosis, and patient instruction and counsel regarding physical and mental health and health promotion

Candidates

• BC/BE Must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible
• EOE/drug screen required
• H1B Visa candidates accepted

• $100,000 commencement bonus
• $275,000 base salary
• 34 days of PTO when on base; 40 days PTO when on production
• Annual CME- $4,000

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician by completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Must be able to obtain Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above average communication skills. Ability to work with a team. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
