Nurse Practitioner - Endocrinology

Holy Cross Health in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Endocrinology team.

• Oversee the diagnosis, treatment, and management for new and existing patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with diabetes, including medication management, lifestyle modifications and education on self-care practices.
• Collaborate and manage patients with mostly Type II Diabetes, but also managing patients with Type I Diabetes, Hypothyroidism, and Osteoporosis
• Busy outpatient practice, seeing 16-18 patients per day
• Full-time role, outpatient practice, 40-hour work week, no call, no hospital requirement.
• Two years experience required
• Certified Diabetes Educator Certificate Preferred
• Valid FL State Medical License
