Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine

Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care Rivertown team located in Grandville, Michigan.

Practice Features:

• Outpatient Department of Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital
• Practice currently has 4 Physicians and 4 APPs
• Office is open Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, early morning/evening hours available
• Facility offers On-Site Lab and X-Ray
• Team offers diversity of medical backgrounds/skill sets with great resources
• Very close knit, collaborative office with a supportive environment
• Opportunity to teach residents, medical students, and fellows

Qualifications:

• Experience required.
• APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment.
• State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
• DEA license
• ACLS & BLS certified.
