Physician Assistant - Colon & Rectal Surgery

St. Peters Health Partners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Physician Assistant to join our Colon & Rectal Surgery Associates team. This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment with leading colorectal surgeons, providing comprehensive care for a variety of colon and rectal conditions.

Position Highlights:

• Provide support with office visits, floor rounding, and first assisting in the OR
• Work closely with colorectal surgeons and a multidisciplinary team to evaluate and treat patients
• Collaborate with referring physicians to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes

Qualifications:

• PA certification and licensure
• Experience in a surgical setting preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

Recruitment Package:

• Competitive Salary: $130,891 - $150,834 (depending on experience)

The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
