Physician - Internal Medicine

Cleveland Clinic is currently seeking a Hospitalist to join our rapidly growing post-acute programming into the Long-term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) environment.  The goal is to ensure world-class care across the continuum of care by connecting patients to the highest-quality post-acute care programs and facilities as they transition from the hospital back to the community. Candidates must be Board Certified/ Board Eligible Internal Medicine

This position has the unique benefit of a balanced work/home lifestyle. There will be assignment to one or more community-based LTACH facility locations.  The Hospitalists schedule is days only and will work a 7 days on 7 days off model (182 days per year). Providers in this innovative program will enjoy the support of a multidisciplinary specialty team of Cleveland Clinic professional staff.
