St. Josephs Health is seeking a board-certified OB/GYN to join our established and respected team of physicians. We offer an outstanding opportunity for OB/GYN physicians who are passionate about providing comprehensive care and working alongside excellent colleagues. Our obstetrics/gynecology specialists provide a vast array of services, including care for patients with normal and high-risk pregnancies, as well as a wide range of gynecologic and womens health concerns. St. Josephs Health OB/GYN program is a robust program with an average of 1,700 deliveries annually. Our comprehensive team consists of midwifery, OB/GYN, MFM, and Level 3 NICU services.
We are looking for a full-time or part-time Laborist to exclusively manage patients in labor, oversee routine and complex deliveries, and respond to OBED and GYN emergency room patients. Shifts are 24-hour in-house, and full-time is considered 7-shifts per month.

Requirements:
- Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Interest in practicing a mix of obstetrics & gynecology, including surgery
- Excellent clinical and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: $305,000 base salary (full-time)
- Additional Shifts: $3,240 per shift
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
