Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full time (0.9 FTE) Nurse Practitioner to join our Surgical Optimization Services Team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Ambulatory team located within Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital, a Level 2 trauma center
- Provider works in collaboration with the medical care team to coordinate care prior to surgery, educate patients, and complete any necessary testing to ensure safe patient outcomes
- Opportunity to join professional, confident, and collaborative team of providers
- Schedule: Monday - Friday day shift; no nights or weekends
- No call or holiday coverage required

Qualifications:
- Experience required.
- APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment
- State of Michigan license required at time of employment.
- DEA license
