Opportunity Details

• Full Time: 1.0 FTE
• Schedule: Traditional workweek, Monday - Friday, and may include early morning, late evening, and rotating weekend shifts to increase patient access.
• Location: Canton, MI

Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Nurse Practitioner
• Master's Degree
• State of Michigan License and DEA
• ACLS and BLS Certification
• Womens Health Nursing experience preferred

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Our practice provides care for adolescents aged 16 to adults. Our physicians and staff provide the highest quality medical care to our patients and the best service to their families.
• Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Chelsea is a designated Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).
• PCMH patients and their families (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.
