Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 NO CALL/NO WEEKENDS 

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality primary care services to veterans
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage chronic conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
