Diagnostic Radiology/Nuclear Medicine - Pediatric Radiology

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pediatric Radiologist specializing in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine. As a key member of our pediatric radiology program, you will contribute to state-of-the-art patient care at the Children's Hospital of Michigan, ensuring the highest standards of excellence in pediatric imaging.

Required Skills:

  • Pediatric Radiology fellowship training
  • CAQ certification or eligibility in Pediatric Radiology
  • Proven proficiency in interpreting X-rays, ultrasounds, fluoroscopy (FL), and CT scans
  • Ability to read and prioritize STAT cases
  • Strong clinical knowledge of MRI modalities, including Neuro and Body MRI
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to handle onsite coverage, including weekends and holidays

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience in pediatric nuclear medicine
  • Prior on-call radiology experience
  • Familiarity with pediatric imaging protocols and procedures
  • Multilingual capabilities

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Fellowship-trained in Pediatric Radiology
  • Board-certified or eligible in Diagnostic Radiology with Pediatric subspecialty
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in pediatric imaging

Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work onsite during scheduled shifts and on-call periods
  • Preparedness to interpret a high volume of pediatric imaging studies
  • Willingness to participate in rotating weekends and holiday coverage
  • Certification in radiology and appropriate state licensure
  • Optional travel and reimbursable expenses for relevant duties
