Pacific Medical Group - North Portland, part of the Praxis Health family, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our welcoming, community-oriented team. Our outpatient primary care practice has been serving Portland-area families since 1904 and remains dedicated to providing exceptional, individualized care to patients of all ages.

Located in the heart of North Portland (NoPo)a vibrant, walkable neighborhood known for its proximity to natural spaces, bike paths, and beloved local restaurants, pubs, and shopsour clinic is growing alongside the community we serve. With a loyal and expanding patient panel, we are excited to welcome a new physician who shares our commitment to compassionate, team-based care.

What We Offer:

• Compensation:
  • 12-month base salary guarantee with practice ramp up: $270,000
  • Salary range of established physicians: $270,000 - $320,000/yr
• 36 patient hours over a 4 day workweek
