Physiatrists – Join Our Musculoskeletal and Spine Care Program

Hartford HealthCare (HHC), the most comprehensive integrated healthcare system in Connecticut, has an outstanding opportunity for a Physiatrist specializing in musculoskeletal and non-operative spine care.

This physician will provide non-operative care to spine patients in our state of the art spine care facilities co-located with physical therapy, advanced imaging and interventional radiology services for patients in the state of CT. You will work collaboratively with a full time APP, evaluate spine related patients and perform interventional spine procedures.

This program will serve as the entry point for patients with acute or chronic back and neck pain and serve as the model for evidenced based spine care and personalized coordinated care across disciplines.

As an MSK/Sports Physiatrist providing MSK US and diagnostic services at The Bone and Joint Institute (BJI) located in Hartford, you will work in close collaboration with the Center of Musculoskeletal Health at The BJI. Coverage will include the Hartford Hospital concussion clinic and sideline sports for our contract schools/colleges, based on coverage needs.

The provider will also participate in IRU call coverage and weekend admissions based on the team’s rotation and vacation schedules.
